1. Data controller
Daydev Co., Ltd. is the data controller for FrameFlows. Privacy inquiries can be sent to banyapon@daydev.com
2. Data we collect
Account and contact data such as UID, name, email, profile image, and phone; usage data such as projects, prompts, images, videos, aspect ratios, and credit history; Stripe transaction data; and technical data required for security.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to manage accounts, generate videos, administer credits and payments, prevent fraud, support users, and comply with law, relying as applicable on contract, consent, legal obligation, and legitimate interests.
4. Processors and disclosures
The service uses Firebase/Google Cloud for accounts and data, Cloudinary for media, xAI for video generation, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Thailand. We use appropriate contractual and security safeguards and follow PDPA requirements for international transfers.
6. Retention
We retain data while an account is active and as necessary for service, contract, accounting, tax, dispute prevention, and legal duties. When no longer needed, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your data rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
8. Security and breaches
We use authentication, access controls, token verification, and appropriate technical safeguards. Where a breach requires notification, we will act within the time and manner required by law.
9. AI processing
Images and prompts are sent to AI providers to generate output. The service does not use AI output for automated legal or personal evaluation decisions. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal data.
