1. Provider and scope
FrameFlows is provided by Daydev Co., Ltd. to assist with AI-generated short videos. These terms cover the website, accounts, credits, image and video generation, and related payment services.
2. User accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and remain responsible for activity under it. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used to evade credit limits.
3. Credits, pricing, and payments
New users receive the welcome credit shown in the service. Each generation or extension uses the displayed credits. Purchased credits are added after Stripe confirms payment. Prices and credit quantities may change but will be shown before purchase.
4. Your content and rights
You must have rights to any images, video, audio, marks, or likenesses you upload. You retain ownership of source content and license us and our processors to use it only as needed to provide the service.
5. Responsible AI use
Do not generate illegal, deceptive, infringing, sexually abusive, or unauthorized likeness content, or attempt to remove AI provenance signals. AI outputs can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication.
6. Availability and credit refunds
AI services may be delayed, unavailable, or reject requests. If the system detects a failed or expired job, credits are returned as shown, but no specific creative result is guaranteed.
7. Suspension and liability
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or decisions based on unreviewed AI output.
8. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Thai law. We may update them and will display a new date and version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
